- Assorted raw nuts and seeds: almonds, walnuts, pecans, pepitas, sunflower seeds, Brazil nuts, pistachios, flax seeds, hemp seeds, etc. Assorted unsweetened, dried fruit: cherries, blueberries, mulberries, strawberries, mango, banana, etc… *dried fruit has natural sugar, no need to use sugar as a sweetener
