July 6, 2016 Krista Gambrel

Water is such an integral part of your health. Your challenge today is to drink 6-8 oz water in the morning when you get up, as well as before each meal and/or snack. The three recipes below are options to encourage you to have more fun with your water. By making it more flavorful you will feel more encouraged to drink it. Bonus: these recipes are really fun to make with kids.

Raspberry & Mint Water

Mint helps in digestion while raspberries contain strong antioxidants, help with brainpower, heart health, detoxification, and disease prevention.

  • 2 T fresh mint leaves
  • ½ lime, juiced (optional)
