- 1 slice of whole wheat bread
- toasted ½ avocado
- ½ zucchini, sliced or in noodles
- salt & pepper
- sprouts (optional)
- chili flakes (optional)
Method: Slice or mash avocado on toasted bread. Top with sliced or noodled zucchini. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sprouts and chili flakes (optional) Enjoy! Serves 1
